Depending on the matter, we work on an hourly rate, a flat rate, or, for personal injury claims handled through our Call Big G division, a contingency fee, where our fee comes only from a successful recovery.
For hourly and flat-rate matters, our attorneys keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We count in ten minute increments and round down when the work falls in between. Those work logs are shared with you when the case closes, and we only work for as long as a matter requires, so you are never overbilled for unproductive time. Retainers are paid upfront.
